WHOLESALE DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Please get in touch with us at Kin-ship by emailing hello@ if you are a Funeral Home wishing to become a Wholesaler of our Bespoke Coffins & Urns, and we will assess suitability before entering into an ongoing wholesale arrangement.

 

General Rules of Our Wholesale agreements:

You confirm you are purchasing the goods on a wholesale basis to on-sell / re-supply to your clients.

Your Funeral Home must maintain a current business license certificate (or equivalent) on file.

Kin-ship will deliver inventory to Funeral Homes in agreed quantity and timelines.

Kin-ship is not involved in the actual transaction between the Funeral home and the Client, nor is Kin-ship the agent of either the Funeral Home or the Client.

​Orders are subject to product availability. Kin-ship carries limited stock quantities and may require lead time to supply specified products, which will be notified to the Funeral Home at time of order.

Your order is binding on you once it is placed with us. You acknowledge that once you place an order with us, we may order or manufacture goods especially for you and we may not permit you to vary or cancel the order unless you compensate us for the losses we incur or we otherwise consent.​

RETAIL DISPATCH & DELIVERY

If you are looking for a bespoke Kin-ship coffin or urn then we can can sell our coffins to you directly. Funeral Homes will allow you to supply your own coffin and it is not compulsory to purchase directly through their product catalogues. Advise your funeral director and we can make the arrangements to deliver the Kin-ship coffin of your choice directly to them within required timeframes.

Kin-ship uses a number of delivery Courier partners across Australia to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and safest shipping service. â€‹Our shipping rates are calculated based on delivery location - please contact Kin-ship for a special shipping quote to your Funeral Home.

Upon sales receipt, please allow 1 - 2 business days for product dispatch. (more thought on how we offer quick delivery for customers)​​​

Here is an approximate guide for delivery times in Australia:

Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days

NSW: 1-3 days

VIC & QLD: 3-5 days

RETURNS POLICY

At Kin-ship, our clients' satisfaction with our products during a difficult time is of the utmost importance. We carry out thorough quality checks on each coffin and urn that is shipped to you. We won't send anything that isn't of the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship. Please note that Kin-ship's products are handcrafted and rattan may have slight colour or surface variations or flaws / imperfections which give the products their unique character & beauty. Please be aware of this in making your purchasing decision and receiving your products, as we believe the beauty is in the imperfection! For this reason and due to the large shipping cost & logistical effort in bringing your products to you, we have a strict No Returns policy.

​However, if you do find major failures with our products, we will refund or replace in line with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
